Please click this link to register. After successful registration, we will prepare e-invoice or receipt for you. Please note that if you remit money to us dollar account, you will receive official legal receipt, which can be reimbursed.
After the paper is accepted, at least one author needs to complete the registration before November 15, and attend the conference to publish the paper, otherwise the accepted paper will also be returned.
The registration fee includes conference related materials, catering and participation in all technical conferences.
The registration fee does not include accommodation fee, transportation fee, visa application fee, paper / journal layout fee.
Upon completion of registration, the registration fee will not be refunded.

Participants may need a Chinese visa to enter China. Participants can apply for visas at the Chinese embassy or consulate in their area of residence. To avoid uncertainty, participants are advised to apply for visas as early as possible. It is recommended to apply for a Chinese visa at least one month in advance.
For most participants, it is easier to apply for a travel “L” visa; no invitation is required to obtain a travel visa

Invitation will be sent after successful registration.
Your name must be exactly the same as that on your passport. Any difference between the name on the passport and the name on the invitation or other documents may result in delay / rejection of the visa.
Please note that the Organizing Committee of the conference has no right to assist in the visa process. If your application is rejected, the Organizing Committee of the conference will not be able to change the decision of the Ministry of foreign affairs, and the organizing committee will not discuss or communicate with the embassy. If the applicant’s visa is refused, the registration fee cannot be refunded.
It will take about one month for the embassy to process the visa application. Please register a s early as possible to ensure that you have enough time to apply for the visa.
